How to enable IM / Chat in Nokia E72

Nokia has its own software called "Messaging" that provide seamless all-in-one application that include email, im/chat and social networking. This makes it easy and affordable to connect to your email, IM, social networking communities, wherever you happen to be. For more information, please refer to http://messaging.nokia.com

This Nokia's Chat application is not installed by default in Nokia E72. To install it, we need to go Menu -> Ctrl.pane l-> Net setting -> Download and choose the "chat" from the list and download it. For some reason, some users experience that this "chat" application is not listed in above location. If this is the case, you may download it manually from http://betalabs.nokia.com/apps/nokia-messaging-chat
